Steel is an alloy of Iron with maximum carbon content of 2%. Steel differ from Cast iron in the amount of carbon contained by it. Cast iron contains 2 – 6% of carbon content. Higher the percentage of carbon present, harder and tougher is the steel. The steel can be classified as
